HVAC Engineer/Project Manager Position: Talbot & Associates

Talbot & Associates, a local MEP engineering firm in the commercial/industrial building markets, is searching for a full time Mechanical Engineer fluent in AutoCAD. Company designs HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protections systems for building projects. 


Desired skills:

1.            Proficient in AutoCAD version 2011 or later.

2.            Experience with Revit design software a plus.

3.            Proficient in Microsoft Office.

4.            HVAC design experience using AutoCAD.

5.            Previous knowledge of the consulting engineering industry. 


Job responsibilities include:  

1.            HVAC design for all projects within the office.

2.            Project coordination with plumbing/electrical contractors and architects.

3.            Maintaining and organizing all job files and folders.

4.            Managing the AutoCAD system for the entire office.

5.            Developing Revit drawing standards for the company.

6.            Revising Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection plans for all projects using AutoCAD.
