  • Your Non-Refundable $100 deposit will ensure you are included in our Greece 2019 CRC. The deadline for the $100 amount is end of day 12/31/18. At that time the deposit amount will increase along with the total registration costs (see details to the right)

This $100 non-refundable deposit paid by end of day 1/31/19 will lock you in for a guaranteed total registration (airfare/lodging/event) cost of $1,000. After January 31st, the deposit will increase to $150 and registration cost will increase to $1,250. A further increase to $250/$1,500 will occur after 2/28/19. Some details related to these costs are as follows:

The combined cost per individual (registration, travel, and hotel) will be capped at $1,000 (or higher depending on the registration schedule above).  That said, there will be applicable restrictions to this capped amount.  Obviously this is a great deal and many would want to take advantage of it.  Some restrictions are as follows:

  1. Attendees must have a legitimate role in the workings of the CRC, chapter, region, or society.  A friend who wants to go on an awesome trip at a low rate doesn’t qualify.
  2. Spouses and/or significant others qualify.
  3. An attendee who does not fulfill their role at the CRC does not qualify.
  4. An attendee who does not comply with the intended travel arrangements (such as if they don’t stay in the reserved hotel block) does not qualify.
  5. An attendee who does not reserve a spot with the CRC by the specified deadlines.
  6. Lodging included in the capped amount will include Tuesday through Friday nights. Additional nights lodging before or after the event will be available at discounted rates.
